  • 4 days paid classroom training – Come with an open mind and ready to hit the ground running

  • Qualifying high quality customers and transferring them over to sales reps for sales conversion

Right candidate must be open to frequent coaching

Starting pay is $15 an hour plus commissions. Average reps making in the mid $20 dollar per hour range, but you are not average are you?

The main objective of this position is to teach you the ropes quickly and put you on a fast track to maximizing your income, whether it be in this department or moving you up! The ball is in your court!

Customer Experience Representative

Job Description

Looking for highly motivated individuals willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As a customer experience representative, you will be responsible for most everything with a file and customer past the point of the sale. We are a hybrid (home and auto coverage) customer service department so being able to learn the ins and outs of both is important. The culture in the department is a large part of what keeps things operating smoothly. As a result, basic “good sport” character traits are essential. We are looking for team players but people not shy to friendly competition.

  • Answer general policy questions.
  • Help customers handle claims.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Retain or “save” customers that call in intending to cancel.
  • Keep a stuck save rate of 60%-70%
  • Maintaining positive attitude and strong integrity
  • Be knowledgeable about the products we offer and tolls we have to help overcome problems a customer may deal with
Accounts Receivable

Job Description

The AR department with Auto and Home Protect USA sets a new standard of culture and compensation in the VSC and home warranty industry. We are seeking self motivated individuals that are looking to get the recognition they deserve for being detail oriented, willing to work well with a team, the ability to go above and beyond for the customer. Auto Protect and Home Protect USA nurtures an environment for all employees to recognize and achieve their full potential in the customer service industry. 

  • Securely update payment information and process payments with multiple finance companies
  • Self motivated (This is a performance based job; your compensation is a reflection of your motivation to show up and put your best foot forward.)
  • Work on a dialer making outbound calls as well as handling inbound calls.
  • Answer general questions about customer policies 
  • Maintain a minimum average of 10 collections per day 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Willingness to grow and learn from co-workers and management
